14-day returns for the standard range

You may return lights from our standard range unused within 14 days of delivery. This includes the finish, LED color and beam choices we offer as standard, even when we assemble the lights to your selection. Contact us with your order reference and send the return within that 14-day period. Keep proof of postage.

Condition and packaging

Return all included parts and accessories, securely packed to prevent damage in transit. Unused lights in satisfactory condition receive a full refund of the price paid for those lights after inspection. Do not install, cut cables or modify a light you intend to return as unused.

Postage and refunds

You pay the postage for a change-of-mind return. The original shipping charge is refundable. We refund to the original payment method after receiving and checking the goods; we aim to complete that check and issue the refund within 14 days of receipt. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.

Used or damaged returns

If returned lights are used, incomplete or damaged, we assess their actual loss in value. Any deduction reflects the condition and reasonable restoration cost, not an automatic restocking fee. It can reduce the product refund to zero only where the returned item has no remaining recoverable value. We will explain the assessment and provide supporting details before finalizing a reduced refund. Contact us if you disagree with the assessment.

Faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect goods

These are handled separately from change-of-mind returns. Contact us so we can arrange the appropriate repair, replacement or refund and return arrangements. We do not apply a change-of-mind condition deduction to a defect or error for which we are responsible. Your applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
