Where we ship

Our online US checkout serves all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Contact us before ordering for US territories or destinations outside the United States.

Shipping charges

Shipping is $25 for product orders below $1,000 and free for product orders of $1,000 or more. The checkout shows the shipping charge and applicable sales tax before payment.

Manufacture and dispatch

Our standard range is manufactured and assembled to the selected configuration. Check the current dispatch estimate with us before ordering if your project depends on a particular date. A dispatch estimate concerns when we send the goods; carrier transit time is additional. Do not schedule installation solely around an estimated arrival.

If shipment is delayed

We will notify you if we cannot ship within the time stated for your order and offer a revised date or cancellation with a refund for the unshipped goods. If no shipping time was stated, we will seek your agreement to a delay or refund the unshipped order if we cannot ship within 30 days.

Delivery problems

Please check the delivery address before paying and inspect the goods when they arrive. Contact us promptly about damage, missing items or a missing delivery, including your order reference and photographs where available. Keep the packaging while we investigate. This request does not remove your rights if a problem is discovered later.
