10-year limited warranty

Hudson Landscape Lighting LLC provides a 10-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for Hudson light fittings sold through our US business, starting on the original purchase date. Keep your receipt or order reference and the fitting serial number. This covers the fitting, including its LED components.

Repair or replacement

If a covered fault occurs, contact us with the order reference, serial number and a description of the problem. We will help identify the fault and provide the repair, replacement component or replacement fitting needed to put it right without charge for the covered remedy. Contact us before sending goods or arranging chargeable work so we can agree practical arrangements.

Repair site visits

For a covered fitting failure, we pay $50 per site visit made to carry out the repair or replacement. This is per visit, not per fitting. Contact us with the fault details and your visit record so we can arrange the payment.

25-year circularity support

For fittings manufactured from January 2025, repair or upgrade support continues up to 25 years from manufacture. The period runs from manufacture, not for another 25 years after the warranty ends. After the initial warranty, repair and upgrade work can be chargeable; we provide the proposed cost before proceeding. This support is intended to keep serviceable fittings in use rather than replace them unnecessarily.

Installation products and third-party drivers

Hudson installation products carry two years of warranty coverage. Third-party drivers carry their own manufacturer warranty; we assist with replacement within that warranty period. Ask us for the specific driver warranty before purchase.

What is excluded

Damage caused by incorrect installation, an unsuitable electrical supply, misuse or third-party damage is not a manufacturing defect. Normal appearance changes such as natural patination are not defects. An unrelated repair or use of a third-party part does not by itself cancel coverage for an otherwise covered defect.
