Who you are buying from

Your seller is Hudson Landscape Lighting LLC, a Florida company. These terms apply to orders placed with the LLC through hudsonlandscapelighting.com. Products and configurations

Check the product, quantity, finish, LED color, beam and installation requirements before ordering. The finish, LED and beam options offered in our standard range remain standard products for our returns policy. Photographs and screen colors are guides; natural metals can vary and develop a patina.

Prices and payment

Prices and payments are in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax and shipping are displayed at checkout before payment. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Payment must be received before shipment unless we have agreed credit terms in writing. An order receipt acknowledges your request; if we cannot supply it or identify a material pricing error, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for an order we cannot fulfill. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Our Shipping, Returns and Warranty policies form part of these terms and are available before checkout. They explain dispatch estimates, delivery charges, the 14-day unused-return policy, and the 10-year limited warranty with 25-year circularity support.

Installation and product suitability

Use the specified power supply, wiring and installation method. Installation must comply with applicable local electrical and building requirements and be performed by an appropriately qualified person where required. Warm or amber light alone does not make an installation suitable for every wildlife habitat or satisfy every coastal lighting rule. Please confirm project-specific requirements before ordering.

Florida law and your rights

Florida law governs these terms, subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first if something is wrong so we can work to resolve it.

Policy updates

The terms supplied with your order apply to that order. Later website changes apply to later orders, unless a change is required by law. Keep a copy of your order confirmation and these policies.
